I can't even remember the last time I did a giveaway, since I can't remember I decided to have one.  The giveaway will run until February 15th 2012.  The rules are as follow:

*must be a follower of this blog and my makeup facebook page  (must do both leave your facebook page name that you are following with and the name you are following the blog under in a comment)
