FIRST DO YOU WANT TO BE A BEAUTY SELLER OR A MAKEUP ARTIST THAT SELLS THEIR OWN PRODUCT. EITHER WAY YOU GO YOU HAVE TO BE SERIOUS WITH WHAT YOU GOING FOR! START LOOKING ONLINE FOR SHOWROOMS IN YOUR AREA THAT WILL LET YOU COME AND TEST PRODUCTS OUT OR EVEN WEBSITES THAT WILL SEND THEM TO YOU (SOME WEBSITES REQUIRE A 150-250 MINIMUM SO BE PREPARED TO SPEND MONEY ON PRODUCTS THEY ARE NOT CHEAP). NEXT START ADVERTISING YOURSELF GET A FEW PRODUCTS AND SEND THEM TO PEOPLE YOU KNOW, GET BUSINESS CARDS, AND LABELS WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME. ALSO START PRICING YOUR ITEMS IF YOUARE GOING FOR SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE IS ALREADY SELLING YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR PRICES COMPETITIVE BUT ENOUGH TO BE SUCCESSFUL, BUT DONT OVER CHARGE. ALSO TAKE THIS SERIOUS TAKE IT AS YOUR PRIMARY JOB, YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOUR ALL TO SOMETHING YOU ARE GOING TO BE PUTTING YOUR NAME ON AND REPRESENTING. KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR BUSINESS MIGHT NOT DO GOOD FOR THE FIRST FEW MONTHS BUT YOU MUST KEEP IT GOING IF YOU TAKE A BREAK IT WILL BE AWHILE BEFORE YOU REDEEM YOURSELF TO GET IT BACK ON TRACK. IVE BEEN FORTUNATE TO HAVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO ACTUALLY EMAIL ME WHEN THEY NEED STUFF AND RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO ME, I HAVE CUSTOMERS IN NEW YORK, CALIFORNIA, OREGON , FLORIDA ETC AND IM FROM NEW JERSEY SO ITS GREAT WHEN YOU REPRESENT SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE LIKE AND THEY SPREAD THE WORD. ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT SOMETIMES YOU MIGHT HAVE TO GIVE FREE PRODUCTS FOR PEOPLE TO SPREAD THE WORD. DONT ALWAYS JUST DEPEND ON THIS BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE JUST STARTING, I WORK TWO JOBS ON TOP OF OWNING MY BUSINESS AND I ALSO DO PEOPLES MAKEUP ON OCCASIONS. AS TIME GOES BY YOUR BUSINESS WILL BECOME MORE KNOWN JUST KEEP THE FAITH ON IT AND STAND BEHIND IT 100%.
